The summer holidays are just around the corner. Now’s the time to issue your books (5 item limit). They’re not due back until Feb 9th 2018! Whether you’re planning on hitting the great outdoors or hibernating in your bedroom with the curtains drawn, we have the book for you.

If eBooks are more your style you can borrow directly from the Library catalogue 24/7 on or off campus using your WC login. There are over 1,000 titles to choose from. Here’s how:

Go to the WC homepage/Careers & Library/Girvan Library/eBooks.

Browse or Search available titles. Choose by clicking the cover image.

Click Sign In. Enter your WC Student Number & Password.

Click Borrow and Read. And you’re good to go!

When you’ve finished click Shelf and Return on the Girvan Library eBook page to return your book.

NB: An internet connection is required the first time you open the eBook in your browser but after that you can read it offline.

    The red pyramid is a great book.
    I didn’t like the percey jackson series but the kane chronicles kept me up at night reading.

    The throne of fire is another great book
    Its the second in the kane chronicles
    It kept me up reading and kept me entertained the whole time

    Trip wire is the third book in the jack reacher seris.
    I have read everyone and its my favourite in the series. It didn’t take me long to read and i read very slowly.
    I would recommend reading it

    The magnus chase seris is what got me to read the kane chronicles it was something quite different for me and I really enjoyed it
